One thing I've always been is blonde. The blonder, the better I always say! I had a brief moment of sandy blonde/caramel color and even though it was a nice change, I went back to platinum as fast as I could! The only problem is my roots. Although I am very light naturally, nothing is worse than seeing my natural root creep in. Eek! Take a peek at how I keep my blonde up and running at tip top shape when I'm away from my stylist (Newport friends, check out Jason at Studio 4 Salon).
On a day to day basis, I use Sheer Blonde shampoo and conditioner. The smell is amazing and it keeps my highlights bright and blonde. I'm also a huge fan of once a week to once a month masks, like Moroccan Oil Repair and Blonde Idol. My hair feels silky smooth and so shiny. The results can last for days! If you've never used It's a 10, I definitely recommend it. They are fragranced perfectly and my hair feels so strong and smooth after using both the leave-in and the five minute hair mask. Lastly, Daddy-O is a deep purple shampoo from Lush that keeps my highlights as bright and blonde as they can be. If you leave it on your hair for a few minutes, it will turn your hair into a pretty silvery color that can be washed away in just a few shampoos.
